• How lobbying in the EU operates
• How does EU public affairs lobbying differ from the UK?
• How best to influence EU decision-making
• How to raise your organisation’s profile in the EU
• How to find your way around the corridors of power
The day will be led by Jonathan Peel, member of the European Economic and Social Committee and formerly an in-house public affairs practitioner at both the Chemical Industries Association and Food & Drink Federation. The day will also include case studies involving delegate interaction, plus discussion sessions with senior public affairs practitioners.

Timings and Lunch
The course will start at 9.00am and finish at approximately 4.45pm.
Lunch is provided during a one-hour break and there are refreshments at breaks throughout the day.
